Job Description
- We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telesales Representative WITH SALES to join our growing sales division.
- You will be the first point of contact for potential property buyers and investors.
- Primary focus: outbound calling, qualifying leads, and scheduling high value consultations for senior real estate agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting: Conduct high volume outbound calls to warm and cold leads from our database.
- Lead Qualification: Pitch Empiretech’s real estate portfolio, understand client needs, and qualify their buying potential.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule property viewings and consultations for the closing team.
- CRM Management: Accurately update and maintain client records, call logs, and pipelines in our CRM system.
- Follow ups: Build and maintain a strong pipeline through consistent and strategic follow up calls.
Pay
- From AED 3,000.00 per month
