Job Summary
- We are seeking a motivated and results driven Real Estate Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new sales and leasing leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, social media, and marketing activities.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct property viewings and explain property features, pricing, and market trends.
- Advise clients on property values, investment opportunities, and current market conditions.
- Prepare and present property listings on approved real estate portals and social media platforms.
- Negotiate offers, prices, and contract terms between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and UAE real estate regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of clients, leads, property listings, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospective clients to maximize sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain long term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with banks, developers, legal advisors, and other stakeholders when required.
- Attend team meetings, training sessions, and company events.
Pay
- From AED 3,500.00 per month
