Role Overview
Generate sales as a bilingual Tele-sales Representative and support clients seeking immigration and relocation services.
Counsel prospective applicants about immigration programs, work visas, student visas, and related services.
Responsibilities
- Close sales deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Assist with customer queries and maintain records of calls and relevant details.
- Provide product and service information and respond to client inquiries promptly.
- Conduct counseling calls for prospective applicants and clients.
- Discuss immigration programs for Poland, Lithuania, Croatia, Slovenia, Malta, Canada, the Maldives, Australia, the United Kingdom, and New Zealand.
- Provide guidance on work visas, student visas, and other related services.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills are required.
- Familiarity with CRM and Microsoft Office programs is required.
- Fresh candidates with sales confidence may apply.
- Familiarity with immigration programs for Schengen countries, the UK, Canada, or similar destinations is preferred.
- One to two years of prior immigration sales consultant experience is preferred.
Compensation
- The role offers salary plus incentives and bonuses.
- Pay is AED 4,000 to AED 5,000 per month.
Workplace
- Job type is full-time.
- Work location is in person.
Training
Training on company services will be provided to selected candidates.
