Role Overview
The employer is seeking an immigration consultant to guide clients through immigration procedures and relocation options.
The role supports clients pursuing immigration to Canada, Australia, and European countries.
This is a full-time, in-person role located in Dubai.
Key Duties
- Manage inbound leads through telephone, social media, and email.
- Advise candidates and families on overseas immigration options and visa programs.
- Provide accurate information based on current immigration and visa laws and policies.
- Evaluate candidate profiles and develop customized global career strategies.
- Provide ongoing client guidance, follow up on leads, and offer solutions.
- Maintain accurate records and support legal and regulatory compliance.
- Build client relationships, meet targets, and close contracts.
- Drive operational improvements and maintain strong relationships with colleagues.
Candidate Requirements
- At least two years of relevant experience is required.
- Prior experience in sales, negotiation, consulting, and collections is required.
- Proven sales conversion ability is required.
- Fluent English communication is required, with Malayalam and/or Tagalog language capability.
- Candidates must be located in Dubai and ready to start immediately.
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer communication skills are required.
- Candidates must be able to handle clients by phone and in person.
- Experience with email marketing, social media marketing, and video presentations is required.
- Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, or Google Sheets is required.
- The role requires teamwork and the ability to work under pressure.
Workplace
- Work location is in person at the employer's Dubai office.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 6,000 per month.
