Role Description
Provide immigration consulting and sales support to clients seeking relocation to Canada, Australia, and European countries.
Guide clients through visa applications, permits, documentation, and related immigration services.
Key Duties
- Manage inbound leads through telephone, social media, and email.
- Respond to inquiries using preset business templates.
- Advise candidates and families on overseas options and immigration programs.
- Provide accurate information based on current immigration and visa laws and policies.
- Evaluate candidate profiles and create customized global career strategies.
- Answer client questions, provide solutions, and follow up on leads.
- Explain available programs and destination countries.
- Build client relationships, meet targets, and close contracts.
- Identify operational improvements and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Experience and Skills
- At least two years of experience is required for the immigration consultant role.
- Prior sales, negotiation, consulting, and collections experience is sought.
- Proven sales conversion ability and strong interpersonal communication are required.
- English fluency is required; Malayalam and Tagalog are preferred.
- Candidates should be able to handle clients by telephone and in person.
- Experience with email marketing, social media marketing, video presentations, Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, or Google Sheets is requested.
Workplace
- This is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai.
- Candidates must be located in Dubai and ready to start immediately.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 6,000 per month.
