Technology Services Apprentice - Leeds (2027 start)

Qualifications and experience

• Have at least five GCSEs or equivalent at grade C/4 or above, including Mathematics and English.
• Have three A-Levels or equivalent, such as a BTEC Level 3 qualification in Engineering, IT, Computer Science or a related subject.
• Show interest in technology, engineering, transportation or Intelligent Transport Systems.
• Demonstrate aptitude for technical subjects, engineering design, digital technologies and problem-solving.
• Have basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Personal qualifications

• Show strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Have good written and verbal communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders.
• Work effectively in a team while demonstrating initiative independently.
• Bring enthusiasm, adaptability and commitment to continuous learning.

Workplace

• The role is based in Leeds and includes site visits and stakeholder meetings.
• AECOM offers hybrid work options across office, remote and client-site settings.
• New hires must attend an in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office.
