Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Controls Manager to oversee and optimize project planning, scheduling, cost control, and risk management for large-scale construction projects.
This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership capabilities and a proven track record in managing project controls for complex construction environments.
Primary responsibilities:
+ Capable of participating in negotiations.
+ Lead the project controls function on a medium to large project.
+ Mentor and train high potential employees.
+ Conducts root cause analysis.
+ Drafts comprehensive project procedures.
+ Reviews performance trends, prepares analysis and cost impact and monthly project performance reports, and recommends contractor invoices for approval.
+ Evaluates manpower, labor hour, and labor cost requirements versus budget limitations.
+
• Assists the Project Manager in budgeting and managing incentive programs.
