Job Summary
Manage technology infrastructure reporting, KCI/KPI dashboards, compliance tracking, and operational governance.
Work with Infrastructure, Service Management, Cybersecurity, Risk, and Controls teams to provide accurate, timely, and audit-ready reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Own daily, weekly, and monthly infrastructure reporting packs covering platform health, security patch compliance, availability, capacity, incidents, changes, and operational risks.
- Develop and maintain KCI/KPI dashboards and compliance reports with accurate data, meaningful commentary, and audit-ready supporting evidence.
- Track controls and compliance obligations for patching, vulnerability remediation, backup success, certificates, asset lifecycle, and access recertification.
- Monitor exceptions and overdue actions, escalate critical gaps, and drive remediation and closure.
- Analyze reporting trends, control breaches, and deteriorating indicators to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
- Partner with Infrastructure, Service Management, Risk and Controls, and Cybersecurity teams to standardize metrics and align reporting with governance frameworks.
- Automate data collection and reporting using APIs, scripting, dashboards, and other reporting tools.
- Maintain data lineage, metric definitions, and reporting standards for consistency and a single source of truth.
- Prepare materials for operational reviews, governance forums, and risk and control committees, highlighting risks, trends, and required actions.
