About The Role
Work as a hands-on QA Automation Engineer focused on Playwright with TypeScript and API testing automation.
Own assigned automation deliverables while collaborating with Product, Development, DevOps, Business, and UAT stakeholders.
Support delivery of high-quality digital solutions as an individual contributor.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply test planning, test case design, and defect lifecycle management alongside automation.
- Build and maintain web automation frameworks from scratch with Playwright and TypeScript.
- Create REST API test scripts and automation for functional and regression validation.
- Own end-to-end test automation for assigned modules and features.
- Define test strategies, quality gates, and acceptance criteria with cross-functional teams.
- Plan and validate user acceptance testing cycles with UAT stakeholders.
- Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
- Track defects, drive root cause analysis, and collaborate with development teams.
- Produce test execution reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
