Programme Overview
- Hyperexponential is hiring a cohort of 8 graduates for a 12 month Technology Graduate Programme starting September 2026.
- The programme is designed to build technical confidence, product understanding, and commercial awareness.
- Graduates will be embedded in technical teams (product engineering, AI, model development, platform, security) and receive mentorship.
What you'll be doing
- Build real technical solutions that solve customer and internal challenges.
- Develop foundational knowledge of hx's platform and products.
- Gain commercial context by working closely with customer facing teams.
- Collaborate across Engineering, Product, AI, and operations teams.
- Complete a final programme project that demonstrates applied learning.

What you'll need to have done
- Strong technical foundations in Python.

Compensation
- Salary: £40,000 per year.
- £5,000 training and conference budget.
- 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays.
