Requirements
- 7+ years of full cycle technical recruiting experience
- Experience hiring software engineers, AI/ML talent, and engineering leaders in high growth technology companies
- Exceptional talent judgment and ability to articulate signals that distinguish exceptional candidates
- Proven ability to source, engage, and close exceptional engineering talent in competitive markets
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills
- Commitment to operational excellence and data integrity

Who We Need
- We are looking for a Staff Technical Recruiter to build one of the highest performing engineering teams.
- This is a full cycle recruiting role reporting to the Head of Recruiting.
What You'll Do
- Own full cycle recruiting across Software Engineering, AI/ML, Infrastructure, and Engineering Leadership.
- Partner with engineering leaders to define hiring strategy and influence hiring decisions.
- Adapt recruiting approach to balance high volume hiring with high touch searches.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and executives.
- Improve recruiting operations, maintain data integrity, and mentor teammates.
Who We're Looking For
- 7+ years of full cycle technical recruiting experience in high growth technology companies.
- Track record of recruiting across every engineering level from early career to Staff Engineers and Engineering Managers.
- Exceptional talent judgment and ability to articulate signals.
- Proven ability to source, engage, and close exceptional engineering talent.
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
- Commitment to operational excellence and data integrity.

Compensation
- Salary range: $170K – $220K per year.
