- Lead the end to end implementation of technologies across the downstream portfolio including petrochemical facilities, refineries, terminals, bulk plants, and gas plants
- Develop comprehensive value adding technology roadmaps aligned to business challenges such as energy optimization, sustainability, plant availability, debottlenecking, and process optimization
- Accelerate technology deployment working closely with internal and external execution agencies and vendors
- Conduct feasibility studies including technical and economic evaluation of solutions, platforms, and new technologies
- Perform technologies scouting to enable the identification of innovative and value adding technologies
- Develop business case and cost/benefit analysis for technologies deployment
- Work with other consultants, engineers, and project managers to deliver comprehensive solutions
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate progress and benefits of technology initiatives
- Collaborate with technology providers in developing and conducting tailored training content and programs
- Recognize and introduce necessary changes to standards and governance
- Stay abreast of global and regional Oil and Gas industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance and standards, evaluate solution implementations
Requirements
- Refinery experience is required
- Experience in technology management programs and deployment across downstream manufacturing
- Ability to develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned to business challenges
- Experience conducting feasibility studies including technical and economic evaluation
- Strong collaboration skills to work with consultants, engineers, and project managers
- Ability to prepare reports and presentations for senior management

Job Description
- We are seeking a Technology Consultant to join Global Manufacturing Excellence Digitalization and Technology Division (D&TD).
- Global Manufacturing Excellence is the recognized Center of Excellence driving value across Saudi Aramco's Downstream Global manufacturing portfolio.
- D&TD is responsible for leading the technology function collaborating across various downstream functions and corporate as well.
- Your primary role is to support the development and deployment of technology management programs aimed at providing technical support across Saudi Aramco Global Manufacturing portfolio.
- You will ideate, introduce, deploy and sustain novel and innovative technological solutions within various domains including reliability, maintenance, sustainability, energy and process.
