Job Overview
- We are seeking a Rigless Operations Foreman to join Unconventional Resources Completion Operations Division (URCOD).
- URCOD is responsible for executing required Rigless operations in unconventional fields.
Key Responsibilities
- Interface directly with engineers, service company personnel, and management to ensure alignment on operational objectives and risk mitigation.
- Conducting site inspections, job observations, and equipment audits to ensure equipment and personnel are operating within required standards.
- Ensure well barrier integrity and adherence to well control requirements during all intervention activities.
- Participate in incident investigations, root cause analysis, and lessons learned initiatives.
- Contributing to the growth and capability of junior team members.
