Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of technology consultants and analysts
- Develop and deliver technology strategies, roadmaps, and digital transformation initiatives
- Assess client technology environments and identify opportunities for optimization and innovation
- Provide recommendations on enterprise applications, cloud solutions, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and technology objectives
- Manage consulting engagements, project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Conduct technology assessments, gap analyses, and solution evaluations
- Support technology implementation, change management, and adoption initiatives
- Prepare executive level reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in technology consulting, IT strategy, digital transformation, or related roles
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role preferred
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology, cloud computing, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and software solutions
- Experience leading technology transformation and process improvement initiatives
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with project management methodologies and consulting frameworks
- Professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, AWS, Azure, TOGAF, or equivalent are advantageous
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
