About the Role
A company in Jeddah is seeking a Techno-Functional Odoo Consultant to act as project manager and technical advisor, overseeing an Odoo implementation partner and later managing the system.

Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the Odoo partner's performance during implementation
- Review system analysis documents (BRD) and ensure alignment with company needs
- Test customizations and workflows before UAT
- Manage project risks and report progress to senior management
- Provide daily technical and functional support to all departments post go live
- Analyze user requests and develop new custom modules as needed
- Manage system upgrades and resolve technical bugs
- Train new employees on system usage
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience working on Odoo as a Techno Functional consultant
- Minimum 2 years of local experience in Saudi Arabia
- Strong proven experience in Odoo programming using Python, XML, and PostgreSQL
- Deep understanding of Odoo modules and document workflows (preferably in contracting)
- Knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR regulations within Odoo HR module
- Leadership, negotiation, and project management skills (Agile/Scrum)
- Fluency in Arabic and English

Objective

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of Odoo Techno Functional experience.
- Minimum 2 years local experience in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong Python, XML, PostgreSQL skills with portfolio (GitHub preferred).
- Deep understanding of Odoo modules and document workflows (contracting experience preferred).
- Knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR regulations in Odoo HR module is a strong plus.
- Leadership, negotiation, project management skills (Agile/Scrum).
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
