Responsibilities

• Support development of internal and client-facing applications, including new features and enhancements.
• Assist with front-end interfaces and back-end services to support performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Translate business and user requirements into technical solutions with the Technology team.
• Support debugging, troubleshooting, and issue resolution across existing systems.
• Assist with unit testing and user acceptance testing.
• Improve existing codebases through performance enhancements and refactoring.
• Support third-party service and API integrations.
• Assist with deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and post-release issue resolution.
• Contribute to technical documentation covering architecture, workflows, and development processes.
• Gather stakeholder feedback and support continuous improvement of technology solutions.
• Stay current with modern development frameworks, tools, and best practices.
