Role Description
We are seeking a Technician to join our team in Sharjah.
This full-time, on-site role is responsible for the maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general MEP systems, ensuring smooth operations in line with company standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
· Perform maintenance and repair of MEP systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting)
· Conduct daily inspections and resolve issues promptly
· Follow PPM schedules and complete work orders on time
· Maintain site standards, safety, and cleanliness
· Support subcontractors and ensure compliance with SOPs
· Identify spare parts and maintain tools/work areas
· Assist with tasks as assigned by the supervisor
· High School Diploma
· Trade certificate in Electrical / AC / Plumbing
Skills
· Basic knowledge of MEP systems and maintenance
· Ability to read basic technical drawings
· Good problem-solving and teamwork skills
· Understanding of safety standards and procedures
