Responsibilities
- Manage social media platforms, including content planning, publishing, community management, and monthly content calendars
- Create engaging content, including captions, graphics, reels, stories, and short form videos, while ensuring brand consistency
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Meta and other platforms, monitoring budgets and performance
- Analyze campaign and social media performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements
- Coordinate content production, photoshoots, video shoots, and provide live event coverage
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, promotions, product launches, and seasonal initiatives
- Identify and manage influencer partnerships, ensuring successful campaign delivery and performance tracking
- Stay up to date with digital trends and recommend innovative content and marketing opportunities
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media
- Proficiency in Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager
- Experience in content creation and paid campaigns
- Strong English and Arabic copywriting skills

Role Description
- We are seeking a creative, proactive, and results oriented Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to support our marketing activities on a part time basis for a six month contract.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns and social media content while ensuring strong brand presence, audience engagement, and campaign performance.
