Role Overview
- We are looking for an experienced Andon to join our Volvo Service Centers across the UAE.
- In this role, you will lead and coach the Volvo Personal Service team to improve customer experience, workshop efficiency, and overall productivity while minimizing operational costs.
What you will do
- Conduct daily team meetings, monitor workshop performance indicators, and support short and long term planning to keep work in progress within target levels.
- Coach and support Personal Service Technicians on technical and administrative matters, coordinate workshop improvement activities, and ensure high standards in 5S, productivity, and quality.
- Contribute to customer retention, value added service sales, training completion, and follow up activities to enhance overall service center performance.
