- Proactively identify potential problems while attending jobs, both in the workshop and in the field

What You Will Do
- Perform mechanical and electrical repairs, troubleshooting, and diagnosing of Toyota Material Handling Equipment with strong skills in diagnosing electric/BT/VNA issues.
- Read, understand, and implement instructions in workshop manuals, utilizing service checklists where applicable to ensure minimal repeat complaints.
- Diagnose faults and recommend effective solutions, ensuring the issue is resolved correctly the first time to minimize repeat complaints.
- Adopt best practices from service manuals to improve productivity and efficiency, reflected in productivity and efficiency reports.
- Maintain effective communication by ensuring all work done is explained to the Foreman/Service Supervisor.
