This role is a Permanent position on a 42 hours per week day shift and night shift roster . Our Worsley Refinery is a short drive from communities such as Collie (20 Minutes) & Bunbury (45 Minutes) which all offer an enviable country lifestyle. Surrounded by magnificent jarrah forests, pristine beaches and world-famous wineries, you will live and work in one of the most beautiful regions of Western Australia and still be home each night.

Please note that accommodation is not provided on site, you will be required to drive in, drive out to site on a daily basis. Employees ideally live within an hour’s drive of Collie.

As the Technician Maintenance Fitter , you will be responsible for safely executing maintenance tasks in line with schedules, standards and work management processes to support reliable plant operations.

Other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

Recording accurate work history and updating data within SAP systems

Contributing to root cause analysis and equipment reliability improvements

Supporting planning processes through effective scoping of corrective work

Identifying and improving work procedures to ensure accuracy and relevance

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

Communicating clearly and respectfully across site-based environments

Managing time and priorities to deliver consistent, high-quality work

Applying a proactive approach to safety and wellbeing in the workplace
