Key Skills Required
- **2–3 years’ experience**
- in home appliance service industry
- Strong technical troubleshooting and repair skills for home appliances
- Good understanding of customer service standards and field service operations
- Ability to handle multiple service requests efficiently
- Strong communication skills (customer interaction both phone and in-person)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel to customer locations
