Responsibilities
- Install and commission home and kitchen appliances at customer locations
- Diagnose faults and repair defective appliances efficiently
- Repair and replace faulty parts and components as required
- Perform preventive maintenance and safety inspections
- Test appliances after repairs to ensure proper functionality and safety
- Respond to customer service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Explain appliance operation, care, and maintenance procedures to customers
- Maintain accurate service records and prepare repair reports
- Manage tools, spare parts, and equipment required for service activities
- Follow company policies, service procedures, and safety standards at all times
- Coordinate with the Service Centre team to ensure smooth service operations
- Maintain a professional and customer focused approach during all service visits
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Certification or Diploma in Vocational Training is an advantage
- Valid UAE Driving License
- 3–4 years of experience in appliance repair and installation
- Strong technical knowledge of major home and kitchen appliances
- Ability to use various hand tools and diagnostic equipment
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift and handle heavy equipment safely
- Proven experience in the repair and installation of major home and kitchen appliances is mandatory

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site role for a Technician specializing in Home & Kitchen Appliances.
- The Technician will diagnose, repair, and maintain various kitchen and home appliances.
- Key tasks include troubleshooting, performing routine maintenance, replacing faulty components, and providing customer service.
