Responsibilities
- Respond to Hassantuk's fire safety notifications promptly and efficiently
- Conduct regular maintenance activities on addressable and conventional fire systems
- Address and program fire alarm panels for optimal performance
- Maintain ESSER, SIMPLEX, EST, and APPOLLO fire panels according to manufacturer guidelines
- Install new fire alarm devices, smoke sensors, MCP, and fire panels following industry standards
- Carry out Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) for all fire safety systems
- Prepare comprehensive Fire Alarm Reports and follow up on rectifications
- Stay updated with the latest fire safety regulations and ensure compliance
- Provide technical support and guidance to other team members
Requirements
- Strong understanding of fire alarm system components
- Ability to work with various fire panels and manufacturers' specifications
- Experience with ESSER, SIMPLEX, EST, and APPOLLO fire panels
- Knowledge of fire safety regulations
