About the Role
TASC Outsourcing is seeking a Technician for a 12-month contract in Dubai. The role involves assembling, installing, testing, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and avionics systems.

Responsibilities
- Assemble, install, and test mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and avionics systems and components
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, and engineering specifications
- Perform routine and non routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on aircraft/spacecraft structures and systems
- Conduct functional and operational tests to verify system performance and compliance
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or software malfunctions and determine corrective actions
- Use precision tools, measuring instruments, and diagnostic/test equipment
- Document all work performed, including inspections, repairs, and part replacements, in compliance with regulatory and company records requirements
- Follow safety protocols, quality standards, and FAA/EASA/military specifications at all times
- Collaborate with engineers, quality assurance personnel, and other technicians to resolve technical issues
- Maintain calibration and proper functioning of tools and test equipment
- Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company quality management systems (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001)
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or certificate in Aviation Maintenance Technology, Aerospace Engineering Technology, or related field preferred
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification preferred/required
- 2+ years of relevant experience in aerospace, aviation, or related manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
- Strong knowledge on MS Excel

Required Qualifications
