About the Role
We are looking for a Technician to perform assembly, fitting, and cleaning of components, operate production machinery, and ensure quality compliance. The role requires following SOPs, conducting inspections, and supporting production targets in a defense manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
- Perform assembly, fitting, and cleaning of components and finished products according to engineering drawings and work instructions
- Operate production machinery, hand tools, and measuring instruments safely and efficiently
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and manufacturing processes
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications
- Report defects, non conformities, equipment malfunctions, and safety concerns to the supervisor
- Carry out routine preventive maintenance and cleaning of machines, tools, and workstations
- Support production targets by completing assigned work within required timelines
- Maintain accurate production records, inspection reports, and work documentation
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and identification of materials, components, and finished products
- Follow Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Assist senior technicians and engineers during troubleshooting, testing, and process improvements
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and workplace safety
Requirements
- Ability to perform assembly, fitting, and cleaning of components according to engineering drawings and work instructions
- Experience operating production machinery, hand tools, and measuring instruments safely
- Knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and manufacturing processes
- Ability to conduct visual and dimensional inspections to ensure product quality

Duties
