Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Technician role based in Abu Dhabi.
The Technician supports installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems used in AI, technology, and engineering projects.
The role includes troubleshooting, inspections, documentation, quality and safety compliance, and support during deployments, upgrades, and integrations.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot technical issues and document work performed.
- Assist engineers and project teams during deployments, upgrades, and system integrations.
- Provide technical support to clients or internal stakeholders when required.
- Follow procedures and security and compliance requirements while maintaining current technical knowledge.
Qualifications
- Technical skills in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, and network equipment.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve system, device, and connectivity issues.
- Relevant technical diploma, certification, or associate degree in IT, electronics, engineering technology, or a related field.
- Prior technician or support experience is preferred, while candidates with strong technical aptitude may be considered.
- Bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
