Role Description
The Information Technology Support Engineer is a full-time, onsite role based in Abu Dhabi.
The role provides day-to-day technical support for end users and helps maintain stable and secure IT operations.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage help desk tickets.
- Install and configure systems.
- Perform routine maintenance.
- Escalate complex problems when needed.
- Monitor system performance.
- Support system administration tasks.
- Document technical solutions.
- Collaborate with other IT team members.
Qualifications
- Strong technical support and help desk support skills are required.
- Solid information technology and system administration skills are required.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills are required.
- Good communication and customer service skills are required.
- A relevant diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with Windows, macOS, basic networking, and ticketing systems is beneficial.
- The candidate must be able to work onsite in Abu Dhabi and collaborate within a diverse, inclusive team environment.
