Role Overview
Provide hands-on AV support for a large integrated AV, IT, and interactive-display environment.
The role is permanently based at Al Ain.
What You Will Do
- Deliver planned preventive maintenance for displays, projectors, touchscreens, media players, PCs, servers, amplifiers, speakers, DSPs, controllers, sensors, and network devices.
- Diagnose and restore breakdowns within agreed SLA response and rectification times.
- Use safe temporary measures when a permanent fix is not immediately possible.
- Support daily presentations, exhibits, and scheduled events.
- Coordinate with the client, OEMs, and specialist subcontractors during fault investigation.
- Maintain configuration backups, IP schedules, programming files, checklists, and service records.
What We Are Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience supporting integrated AV/IT systems is required.
- Experience in museums, theatres, auditoriums, visitor attractions, or similar public venues is preferred.
- Practical competence with display and projection systems, digital signage, media players, professional audio, and AV control systems is required.
- Solid IT and networking fundamentals are required.
- Experience with interactive exhibit hardware is required.
- A structured approach to documentation, checklists, and reporting is required.
- Good spoken and written English, professional conduct, and UAE experience are required.
