So, what will the Technical Writer at Terrestris do?
The Technical Writer will be a personnel position for the USCP IRMD Support contract, providing technical documentation, editing, publishing, workflow, and document management support services. This position is contingent upon contract award.
What does a typical day look like for a Technical Writer?
You will:
Prepare, edit, and maintain technical documents such as manuals, guides, training materials, and reports.
Work with subject matter experts to ensure documents are accurate, consistent, and aligned with organizational standards.
Support document review, updates, and publishing processes.
Interface with the Document Workflow System to ensure proper routing, review, and completion of all required sign-offs.
What qualifications do you look for?
- You might be the professional we’re looking for if you have:
- Ability to successfully complete a USCP criminal history check and fingerprinting process and qualify for a USCP identification/access badge is required.
- Authorization to permanently work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum 5 years of technical writing and desktop publishing experience.
