About the Role

Responsibilities
- Maintain, revise, manage and deliver Manual Revision to Operations in coordination with stakeholders
- Ensure EFB applications are maintained up to date
- Ensure Company mandatory training is completed on time
- Maintain and update GCAA approved manuals and OEM publications (Airbus, Boeing)
- Create accurate PDF/HTML/XML versions of all Operational Documentation
- Construct, maintain and update standard templates for all manuals and publications
- Assist other departments in formatting operational documents
- Coordinate with FOE and TP the content of revisions
- Incorporate OEMs modification and FOE/TP recommendations in EY customized manuals using appropriate tools
- Create electronic documentation and update all platforms (iPad, SharePoint, installed EFB)
- Coordinate with each Manual Owner the drafting and approval of CRs
Requirements
- Experience in creating, maintaining, and updating operations manuals and documentation
- Ability to manage manual revisions and coordinate with stakeholders
- Experience with GCAA approved manuals and OEM publications (Airbus, Boeing)
- Proficiency in creating PDF/HTML/XML versions of documentation
- Experience with EFB applications and electronic documentation platforms

Accountabilities
- Maintain, revise, manage and deliver the Manual Revision to the Operations in coordination with other stakeholders
- Ensure EFB applications are maintained up to date
- Ensure that Company mandatory training is completed on time
- Maintaining and updating GCAA approved manuals and OEM publications (Airbus, Boeing).
- Create accurate PDF / HTML / XML versions of all Operational Documentation to ensure printed and electronic documents are of a consistent high quality
- Construct, maintain and update standard templates for all manuals and publications.
- Assist other department in formatting operational documents to ensure professional look and common appearance.
- Responsible for timely issuance of Flight Operations Bulletins, Cabin Bulletins, Flight Crew Technical Notice and Dispatch Standing Instructions
- Coordinate with FOE and TP the content of revisions.
- Incorporates OEMs modification and FOE/TP recommendations in EY customized manuals using appropriates tools (Mission Plus for Airbus, IXP for Boeing).
- Create electronic documentation and update all platforms (iPad, operations documentation SharePoint site, installed EFB).
- Coordinate with each Manual Owner the drafting and the approval of CRs.
