About the Role

Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Etihad's mobile applications
- Own the end to end product lifecycle, from discovery and prioritization through delivery, launch, and optimization
- Collaborate with UX, engineering, architecture, and business teams to deliver intuitive, scalable, and high performing mobile experiences
- Drive Agile product delivery, managing priorities, dependencies, risks, and release planning
- Leverage customer insights, analytics, market trends, and competitive benchmarking to inform product decisions
- Monitor product KPIs, adoption, engagement, and customer feedback to continuously improve the mobile experience
- Manage third party vendors and technology partners to ensure successful product delivery and operational excellence
- Act as the voice of the customer, balancing user needs with business objectives and technical considerations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- 7+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years managing mobile app products at scale
- Proven success launching and growing customer facing mobile applications across iOS and Android
- Strong understanding of mobile app ecosystems, customer journeys, app analytics, mobile UX, and experimentation frameworks
- Experience working with mobile development teams using native (iOS, Android) and/or cross platform technologies such as Flutter or React Native
- Demonstrated ability to define product strategy, prioritize roadmaps, and deliver measurable business outcomes
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
- Experience working within Agile environments, including SAFe and Scrum

Qualifications
