Oversee HQ validation process and steer new vehicle market entry from a technical point of view
Receive, review and approve all technical support requests from dealer net
Support dealer net in fault finding process
Document all support activities accurately in LIASS
Receive, review technical goodwill requests
Establish and update region relevant After Sales procedures
Monitor dealer workshop service level and report deficits
Vehicle validation process – 50% of time spent
Goal: Follow validation process
Follow the new vehicle validation process at Lamborghini SPA and collect relevant information from R&D, Logistics, Production, Quality and Commercial to steer a successful market entry
Communicate market specific requirements and changes
Manage specific technical aspects of launch vehicles during market entry and report to relevant departments at Lamborghini SPA
Establish time frame and measurements for launch period
Participate in all launch dynamic launch events and provide detailed reporting
Helpline Management – 30% of time spent
Goal: Timely processing of dealer requests via LIASS system
Support authorized assigned Lamborghini dealers to diagnose vehicles in order to minimize car down time and accelerate repairs that are compliant with Lamborghini warranty policies and processes
Complete analysis of causes for product quality and improvements
Oversee technical goodwill requests

Salary range is dependent on factors such as geographical differentials, industry-based experience, skills, training, credentials, and other qualifications. In the state of Virginia, the salary range is $111,000 - $178,700.
