The individual selected for this role will be responsible for:
Design & deliver engaging training material to Defence Standards
Conduct reviews of training documentation in accordance with company and Defence quality standards
Conduct structured interviews with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to capture training requirements
Support operational training delivery outputs and wider training team goals.
