Role Overview
Technical Trainer responsible for delivering pipefitting theory and practical training in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
The position is offered on a contract basis.
Responsibilities
- Deliver pipefitting course content using a student-centered approach.
- Manage training areas, resources, and the learning environment.
- Assess student performance and learning outcomes.
- Prepare lesson plans and pacing schedules.
- Deliver classroom and workshop-based instruction.
- Adapt teaching methods for different learning styles.
- Follow organizational standards for training delivery and assessment.
Requirements
- Technical or engineering diploma in a relevant field.
- At least three years of training experience.
- At least five years of industrial experience in the oil and gas industry.
- Excellent proficiency in English.
