Workplace and Schedule
- The role is hybrid in Toronto or Montreal and requires coming into the office once a week.
- Working hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
Role Overview
The EMS team is transforming media and entertainment solutions through cloud technology.
The Technical Program Manager will implement the platform for media and entertainment customers and facilitate collaboration across product management, software engineering, and UX design.
The role owns complex technical programs involving planning, execution, risk management, dependency management, and stakeholder alignment.
Required Experience and Skills
- Five to eight years of experience in a technical program manager or similar role in technology, computer software, or a related industry.
- Experience working with software development teams on complex multi-team initiatives in an Agile environment.
- Knowledge of distributed systems, cloud services, or cloud platforms.
- Experience managing technical and business stakeholders, including product managers and designers.
- Experience creating program-status presentations and written communications.
