Provide technical assistance to end users on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support by phone, email, or chat for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Diagnose and resolve problems involving operating systems, applications, and peripherals.
- Escalate complex issues while tracking and documenting resolution progress.
- Assist with password resets and access provisioning.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and support software licensing compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in computer user support or a help desk role.
- Proficiency troubleshooting Windows and macOS and common software applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical users.
- Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Zendesk.
- Customer service orientation with responsiveness and clear communication.
