Role Overview
The Contracts Attorney will lead commercial contract drafting and negotiation across customer agreements, vendor contracts, partnerships, and procurement matters.
The role supports deal velocity and works with sales, procurement, and security teams.
Compensation
- The indicative compensation range is $110,000 to $180,000 USD equivalent, plus benefits.
- Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements end-to-end.
- Manage customer MSAs, DPAs, and order forms across the deal cycle.
- Negotiate vendor, partnership, and procurement agreements.
- Maintain contract templates, playbooks, and approval workflows.
- Partner with sales, procurement, and security on deal close.
- Track and report on contract risk, velocity, and exception trends.
Required Qualifications
- JD with active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
- At least four years of commercial-contracts experience in a firm or in-house.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills across SaaS, vendor, and partnership agreements.
- Working knowledge of data protection, IP, and indemnity issues.
- Comfort with high-volume contract work and consistent prioritization.
- Familiarity with CLM platforms such as Ironclad, LinkSquares, or Agiloft is a plus.
