Compensation
- Competitive salary is offered based on experience, qualifications, and location.
- The indicative compensation range is $110,000–$180,000 USD equivalent, plus benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build performance-critical systems in modern C++17/20.
- Optimise code for memory, throughput, and latency.
- Diagnose and resolve complex bugs across multi-threaded systems.
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Profile and benchmark performance of production systems.
- Partner with adjacent teams on integrations and tooling.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Have at least 4 years of experience building production C++ systems.
- Have strong proficiency in modern C++17/20 and the standard library.
- Have experience with multi-threading, concurrency, and lock-free data structures.
- Have familiarity with profiling and performance analysis tools.
- Have working knowledge of CMake or Bazel and Git.
- Have a solid understanding of computer architecture and memory models.
