About the Role
We are seeking a customer-focused and technically capable Technical Support Officer to join our Information Technology team at Telfer. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the efficient delivery of IT services across the business by providing timely and effective support to end users, maintaining IT infrastructure, and assisting with technology projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide first and second level IT support to users across the business.
- Deliver desktop, laptop, mobile device, and peripheral support to site and corporate personnel.
- Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure, systems, and technology environments.
- Respond to Helpdesk enquiries and provide timely resolution or escalation of issues.
- Ensure service tickets are accurately logged, tracked, and resolved in accordance with agreed service levels.
- Support the delivery of IT projects and initiatives as directed by the IT Infrastructure Manager.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and support knowledge articles.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Greatland's infrastructure and business systems.
