Role Overview
The T4 Support Engineer for Agentic Hosting handles complex technical issues, supports emerging use cases, and helps shape support for modern development frameworks and AI-powered workloads.
Core Responsibilities
- Own and resolve complex escalations across VPS, dedicated, and advanced hosting environments.
- Support Node.js, Next.js, and containerized applications across customer environments.
- Troubleshoot performance, networking, and system-level issues on AlmaLinux and related platforms.
- Partner with Product and Engineering on N8N, Hermes, OpenClaw, and agentic tooling.
- Serve as the primary technical escalation point for T3 teams and mentor support engineers.
- Identify recurring issue patterns and drive systemic fixes or product improvements.
- Build internal documentation, playbooks, and best practices for next-generation hosting support.
- Create playbooks for problems that do not yet have documented procedures.
