Own product outcomes across domain registration platforms serving retail customers, reseller partners, and registry partners.
Take initiatives from discovery through delivery and adoption while carrying domain operations responsibility.
Work on a small product team that uses AI tools daily and expects AI fluency.
What You Will Do
- Own domain registration, renewal, transfer, and expiry journeys across retail and wholesale platforms.
- Drive platform consolidation and portfolio migration initiatives.
- Translate identity verification, KYC, data protection, and country-code TLD policies into product requirements.
- Run registry pricing changes, TLD launches and sunsets, registrar credential management, and registry partner coordination.
- Improve reseller-facing platforms and APIs and write requirements for partner workflows.
