• Five or more years in eCommerce, conversion rate optimization, digital product or web experience roles, ideally across multiple brands or markets.
• A demonstrable track record of moving conversion rate, attach rate or average order value, with the ability to talk through how you did it and what you learned when it did not work.
• A keen eye for good design and a strong understanding of user experience.
• A customer first mindset and the ability to apply design thinking principles.
• Data driven, but able to make a judgement call when the data is thin or the sample is small.
• Strong working knowledge of tracking customer journeys, event and tag setup, and the ability to analyze and act on what you see.
• Hands on experience with Figma and Jira. Both are everyday tools in this role, not occasional ones.
• Comfortable working directly in AEM/ WordPress (or have the willingness to learn this) . You should be able to make and QA basic content, layout and template updates yourself without waiting in a development queue.
