Role Overview
Deliver value-added engineering services and technical solutions for construction projects across the UAE.
Support customers and field engineering teams as a Technical Support Engineer.
What You’ll Do
- Provide technical support to customers and field engineering teams.
- Prepare engineering calculations, material take-offs, and bills of quantities.
- Develop technical submittals, technical letters, warranties, and supporting documentation.
- Support anchor and rebar design requests for construction projects.
- Maintain engineering approvals, certifications, test reports, and technical records.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, and Project Management teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 0-2 years of relevant engineering or construction experience.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
- UAE National with a valid UAE Family Book.
- High learning agility and willingness to develop within the engineering field.
