Join Hilti’s sales team as a customer-focused Store Representative supporting contractors and construction companies.
Build product expertise across the Hilti range while combining sales, operations, and customer support.
What you’ll do
- Manage daily Hilti Store operations and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
- Demonstrate tools and solutions, cross-sell software and services, and guide customers toward suitable options.
- Handle order entry, goods receiving, repair acceptance, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Support contractors and construction clients with expert advice and tailored solutions.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree; an engineering background or sales experience is advantageous.
- Motivation to work in a sales-driven environment and meet or exceed targets.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented approach with strong teamwork skills.
- Valid UAE driving license.
