What you will do
- Coordinate and execute customer events, exhibitions, product launches, and internal events.
- Manage event logistics, timelines, suppliers, and branding requirements.
- Support branding initiatives across customer touchpoints and company locations.
- Coordinate communication materials, invitations, and business updates.
- Maintain commercial activity calendars and support cross-functional collaboration.
What you will bring
- Six months to two years of experience in event management, marketing coordination, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
