- Collaborate with Sales and Pre Sales teams to ensure smooth implementation of solutions
- Document and report technical issues and resolutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience in technical support or IT helpdesk roles
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and Security systems
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
