Responsibilities
- Provide first level technical support to end users via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals
- Set up and manage user accounts, emails, and access permissions
- Monitor and maintain clinic systems to ensure minimal downtime
- Support telecommunication systems including call center tools and VoIP devices
- Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, software licensing, or system upgrades
- Ensure data security, regular backups, and system updates
- Document issues and resolutions in IT logs and create user guides
- Assist with onboarding of new employees by setting up devices and access
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 3 years of proven experience in IT support
- Knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, basic networking, printers, and common software applications
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
- Understanding of data privacy and IT security protocols

Job Description
- We are seeking a skilled and customer focused IT Support Specialist to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support to staff, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems.
Key Responsibilities

- Pay: AED 3,000 AED 4,000 per month
