We are seeking an ELV Project Engineer with 1+ year of experience in ELV systems including structured cabling, CCTV, access control, and security systems. The role involves designing ELV systems, preparing drawings, coordinating with teams, and ensuring project delivery.

Responsibilities
- Design ELV Systems as per the specifications
- Preparation of As built drawings and design documents, submittals and shop drawings for approvals and site work
- Coordination with Draftsman and Document Controller for preparation of Shop Drawings and Material submittals
- Hand over Project Costing and BOQ to Accounts and Purchase team
- Determine project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards
- Floating enquiries to Suppliers/Manufacturers, Cost Estimation, BOQ preparations
- Negotiations with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects
- Preparing quotations, pre Qualification Documents, technical submittals and follow up until contract
- Meeting with clients to clarify queries related to proposals
- Design and preparation of system and drawings based on project specification and client requirements
- Coordinating with Project Manager and Engineers to provide brief about Project Design
- Assist in design and preparation for offer after studying drawings and client needs (Design BOQS) for Commercial Systems managed by Sales
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in the ELV industry (structured cabling, CCTV, Access Control, Video/Audio Intercom, Gate Barrier, Active Components, Security Systems, BMS, etc.)
- Ability to commute/relocate to Dubai

Description
- Designing ELV Systems as per the specifications.
- Preparation of As built drawings and over design documents, submittals and shop drawings to Project Engineer for approvals and site work.
- Coordination with Draftsman and Document Controller for preparation of Shop Drawings and Material submittals respectively.
- Hand over Project Costing and BOQ to Accounts and Purchase team.
- Should be capable to determine project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies. Floating enquiries to Suppliers/Manufacturers, Cost Estimation, BOQ preparations.
- Negotiations with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects of the products.
- Preparing quotations, pre Qualification Documents, technical submittals and follow up of the project until contract.
- Meeting with clients to clarify the queries issues related to the proposals.
- Design and preparation of system and drawings based on project specification and client requirements.
- Coordinating with the Project Manager and Engineers to provide the brief about the Project Design.
- Following up and providing Solutions to the System Site Execution Team.
- Assist in the design and preparation for offer after studying the drawings and the client needs (Design BOQS) for Commercial Systems managed by the Sales.
Requirements
- 1 years of experience in the (ELV industry) such as; Structured cabling, CCTV, Access Control, Video/Audio Intercom, Gate Barrier, Active Components, Security Systems, BMS, etc.
Pay
- AED 3,000 AED 5,000 per month
