Technical Supervisor

• Supervise daily site activities related to HVAC, Electrical, Fire Fighting, and Plumbing works .

• Ensure installation is carried out as per approved shop drawings and technical specifications .

• Coordinate with civil, architectural, and other site teams for smooth execution.

• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment usage efficiently.

• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and testing & commissioning activities .

• Identify technical issues and propose corrective actions.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site safety procedures .

• Maintain daily progress reports and site records .

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.

• Assist in material planning, procurement coordination, and inventory control .
